“Very nice hotel. The hotel is in Perfect location, every important place is very nearby. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is served at 7AM. The taste is delicious.The room is clean and comfortable. It would be better if the hotel is using some floor mats in the toilette.”

“Even thou the Hotel is excellent located on Gran Via, this was our worse experience we had on a vacation trip. The room we were offered even thou big had a damagedsafe and the heating system was not working. We were then offered a smaller room but the heating system did not work there properly too. The buttons that control the temperature did not react. So we decided to leave the hotel for a nearby one and were fined for two nights out of our original 7 nights booking.”
