“Hotel was phenomenal. Rooms are cleaned and very spacious. The AC in my room wasn't working but the staff were quick and came in to fix it immediately. The only issue i have is how long it takes for them refund the incidentals charge. I've been out of the hotel for going on two weeks and still have not received them back even after talking to them a few times.”
