“It has always been my dream to stay at this iconic hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel my breath was taken away by the site of the mighty Zambezi river. The scenery and Vic Falls water cloud is magnificent.
Everything about the hotel speaks luxury and from the moment you step foot into the hotel, great care is taken by the staff to make you feel special and welcome. The customer service is out of the ordinary.
Two of the garden staff pulled us aside and off our path to “introduce” us to 3 of the resident giraffes, which we did not spot. This was an incredibly special experience ❤️The only criticism I can give is that the food is a bit pricey. Everything else is spectacular!”
