Pesimo servicio, te ofrecen habitación sin tenerla disponible, despues de ya tener tu tarjeta te dicen que el check-in es hasta despues de las 3pm, cuandosi llegas por la mañana directo al hotel es porque quieres la habitación ya, entonces te dicen que te la pueden dar antes pero con un costo extra del 50% más.

Péssimo atendimento, eles te oferecem um quarto sem tê-lo disponível, depois que você já tem o seu cartão eles te dizem que o check-in é até depois das 15h, quando se você chega direto no hotel pela manhã é porque você quer o quarto agora , então eles dizem que eles podem dar a você antes, mas com um custo extra de 50% a mais.

Terrible service, they offer you a room without having it available, after you already have your card they tell you that check-in is until after 3pm, when if you arrive directly at the hotel in the morning it is because you want the room now, then they tell you that They can give it to you before but with an extra cost of 50% more.

No suele ser bueno alojarse en un hotel que apenas acaba de abrir. Sin embargo, excelente servicio y atención para sus dos semanas de apertura. Habitaciones de diseño increíble, cama muy cómoda y servicios de bar y restaurante exquisito. Highly recomended.

EXCELENTE ATENÇÃO!..... alto serviço de turismo.... os quartos todos novos e funcionais, lençóis e travesseiros muito confortáveis... a atenção dos gerentes muito prestativos e eficientes... o sala de jantar tanto o Cheff quanto os jovens garçons gentis com muita vontade de atender desde o Bell boy, recepção, segurança do bar... a limpeza de 10... Isso mostra a boa formação que receberam... ADORAMOS!!

EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN!..... servicio de alto turísmo....las habitaciones todo nuevo y funcional sábanas y almohadas muy confortables...la atención de los gerentes muy servicial y eficientes...el comedor tanto Cheff cómo meseros gentiles jóvenes con gran disposición de atender desde el Bell boy, reception, seguridad bar...la limpieza de 10 ... Se nota el buen entrenamiento que han recibido... nos ENCANTÓ!!

EXCELLENT ATTENTION!..... high tourism service....the rooms all new and functional, very comfortable sheets and pillows...the attention of the very helpful and efficient managers...the dining room both Cheff and young gentle waiters with a great willingness to attend from the Bell boy, reception, bar security... the cleaning of 10... It shows the good training they have received... we LOVED IT!!
