O quarto não tinha toalhas suficientes (2 para 4 pessoas), almofadas (3 para 4 pessoas); o estacionamento estava lotado, então fomos enviados para um estacionamento auxiliar escuro, perigoso e deserto; comida era pobre caro. Finalmente, houve uma festa privada no bar com música ridiculamente alta que manteve toda a minha família acordada por horas. Você deve ficar no Hilton ou Intercontinental - preço semelhante, mas valor muito melhor.

Room did not have enough towels (2 for four guests), pillows (3 for 4 guests); parking was full so we were sent to a dark, dangerous and deserted auxiliary parking lot; food was poor overpriced. Finally, there was a private party at the bar with ridiculously loud music that kept my entire family awake for hours. You should stay at Hilton or Intercontinental - similar price but much better value.

Nesta temporada de Covid! Looks clean nice full to rest Eu amo a vista da cidade que tem! A única coisa é o acesso que atualmente só existe pela cave! Naquele dia houve um casamento, espere muito tempo para usar o elevador! Para o resgate não tenho queixas!

En esta temporada de Covid! Luce limpio agradable pleno para descansar me encanta la vista a la Cuidad que tiene!! Lo único es el acceso que actualmente solo hay acceso por el sótano! Ese día había una boda toca esperar mucho tiempo para usar el elevador ! Por el rescato no tengo quejas!

Começou bem aqui em San Pedro Sula. Hotel estava limpo, a equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora. Teve um ótimo serviço no bar. As opções de café-da-manhã foram deliciosas e abundantes. Com certeza ficaria lá novamente.

Has a great start here in San Pedro Sula. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had great service at the bar. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Quarto muito limpo e serviço simpático. Porém, quando chegamos não havia ninguém para nos ajudar com as malas (que eram bastante) e a água quente do chuveiro não funcionou, também na primeira vez que chegamos o estacionamento para deficientes estava ocupado por uma motocicleta e depois quando você realmente precisa, esses espaços estão sempre "ocupados".

El cuarto muy limpio y el servicio amable. Sin embargo al llegar no había quien nos ayudara con las maletas (que eran bastantes) y no funcionaba el agua caliente en la ducha, además la primera vez que llegamos el parqueo para discapacitados estaba ocupado por una motocicleta y pues cuando uno de verdad lo necesita, siempre están "ocupados" esos espacios.
