“The room was nice and clean, front desk was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was my room location which was next to employee entrance and laundry room and break room so you could hear the outside door open and close through out the day, you could also hear employee conversations because of the proximity. Also people leave their towels and garbage across the hall from our room due to proximity to employee work rooms.”

“My family and I stayed here last weekend. Our first room was a huge disappointment. Mildew in the air and the bedding had a “wet” feel to it. My wife went to the front desk and let them know what was going on. Since we didn’t arrive until late in the evening there was nothing they could do for us. The person at the desk took really good notes so that the person replacing him in the morning would know exactly what was going on. The next morning came and they had us ready to move rooms once it was cleaned which was around 11am. The staff earned these 4 stars because they really took care of us. @Hilton you have a great team at this hotel. An update/remodel is needed to help these folks out. For the rest of our weekend I saw people really putting in work to make other guests comfortable. I still can’t get the image of one of your staff on her knees scrubbing a small spot on the floor of a room. Like others have said in reviews the staff at this hotel is awesome. They just need help with the building/furniture being in better shape.”
