“David the bellboy was excellent and on the ball when welcoming us, he is a true asset to the hotel. Pools lovely, rooms immaculate and well equipped. Stunning view of Lobos. Food very good, plenty of variety. Definitely would recommend the Preferred Club and Unlimited Luxury. Waiter service around the pool very good. We loved sugar reef. Lovely team. Definitely would recommend and we will be back!! Keep up the good work.”

“Nice hotel but not worth the money! Food in general was pretty good although there was a lack of choice in the buffet restaurant. Rooms were superb. 99% of staff were great! Unfortunately there were a couple of members of staff that let the side down in a big way! All in all we had a good holiday, however it was nowhere near deserving of the price paid!
The hotel is clearly set up for couples. We were a group of 6 which was quite an inconvenience to staff when booking tables in restaurants etc.
All inclusive was a bit of a joke. At the price point I expect good service (to my table) however after one drink staff actively decided to avoid returning back to take further orders (and yes staff were tipped).
Won't be returning to this hotel as I really don't think it was worth the money”
