“The staff were nice and we had a cute view of the Empire State building. They also offer free breakfast every morning. Just note there's a lot of construction noise and the walls are thin, so we heard the neighbors very clearly. But other than that, it's what I expected.”

“Great location and friendly staff. They upgraded me to a room with a view of WTC. MY stay was pleasant for the most part, but I was awakened by the shaking of pipes within the walls next to my room(1907) from about 3:30am to 7am hence only 4 of 5 stars. The pipes vibrated for about 5-10 seconds intermittently every 3-5 minutes.”
